Explanation

to turn off PREVIEW processing. PREVIEW processing continues because
the PREVIEW JCL parameter has been specified. This parameter applies
to the entire job step and can not be overridden by an OPTIONS control
statement.

 Utility processing continues in PREVIEW mode.

User response
 If PREVIEW processing must be turned off in the
middle of a utility job step, remove the PREVIEW JCL parameter.  Activate
or deactivate PREVIEW processing by using the OPTIONS utility control
statement, not the PREVIEW JCL parameter.
