Setting field definitions

You can use the Management Console to view or specify options for field definitions in an IBM® Content Classification system.

1. In the console tree, click Field definitions.
   The list view on the right displays the fields and shows the following information for each field:

   • The field name
   • The data type of the field
   • The content type of the field
2. In the list view, select the field that you want to modify and select Properties.
3. On the Field Properties window, change the data type and content type as required, and click OK.
4. To apply your changes, restart all decision plans and knowledge bases.
