Exporting a decision plan

You can export a decision plan to a .dpn file and later import it back into Content Classification.

About this task

For example, you might want to export the decision plan and use Classification Workbench to reconfigure the rules for classifying content. After you update the decision plan, you can import the .dpn file back into IBM® Content Classification.

To export a decision plan:

Procedure

  1. Ensure that the decision plan that you want to export is started.
  2. In the console tree, click Decision plans.
  3. In the list view on the right, right-click the decision plan that you want to export, and select Export decision plan.
  4. In the Export Decision Plan window, click Browse to select the target location or type the target path and file name. The Content Classification server sends the file to the location that you specify.
