Microsoft Exchange 2010 Server is not at the required fix pack level

If the Microsoft Exchange 2010 Server to which Content Collector connects is not at the required fix pack level, documents are not processed and put on the blacklist.

Symptoms

A document is not processed and is put on the blacklist. The following error message is written to the log file:

AFUM0007E: An error occurred: The request to the Messaging Application
Programming Interface (MAPI) failed with return code 'MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED'

Causes

This error occurs when Content Collector connects to a Microsoft Exchange 2010 Server that is not at the required fix pack level.

Resolving the problem
