Getting support for IBM BPM on Cloud

If you are working in a dedicated subscription instance of IBM® Business Process Manager on Cloud, support is available.

Business-hours support

Support is available during normal business hours:
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays)
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central European Time (CET), Monday through Friday (excluding German holidays)
To get support, submit your questions or issues through the Client Success Portal site.

After-hours support

If you require support after normal business hours, open a Severity 1 ticket through the IBM Service Request site.
