About this task
During the course of a lifecycle project, you must understand
how potential design changes can impact related resources such as
other design artifacts, requirements, work items, or test plans. By
performing an impact analysis, you can determine which resources are
related to a selected target artifact and then see what happens if
you move or change the target artifact.
