Configuring the Windows service

For Watson Explorer Content Analytics to function correctly, the Windows service needs to be set to start automatically.

To verify that the Windows service is set to start automatically:

1. Click Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
2. Verify that the startup type for the IBM® Watson Explorer Content Analytics service is set to automatic. If the service is not running, start it.
