IBM® Business Monitor includes IBM Cognos® Business Intelligence Server 10.2.1, which provides business intelligence insight through dimensional analysis and reporting.
Business users can analyze historical data and make business decisions based on the data to improve performance and drive results. Reports can be easily authored at design time and incorporated into automatically generated dashboards.
IBM Cognos Business Intelligence is seamlessly integrated into the installation, monitor model development, administration, and business user experience of IBM Business Monitor. No IBM Cognos Business Intelligence experience is needed.
IBM Business Monitor provides
the following widgets that you can use to display or create and customize IBM Cognos Business Intelligence reports.
- The Report Viewer widget displays multidimensional business performance data in the form of charts and tables.
- The Report Designer widget allows a business author to create and customize simple reports using the information provided by Monitor.
IBM Business Monitor can use a remote IBM Cognos Business Intelligence Server.
