Experiencing an IBM HTTP Server Service logon failure on Windows operating systems

Windows could not start the IBM HTTP Server on Local Computer. For more information, review the Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 1.complete the following steps:
- Check the IBM HTTP Server <install_root>/logs/error.log file for a specific error.
- If there is no error in the <install_root>/logs/error.log file, try starting IBM HTTP Server from a command prompt by running the <install_root>/bin/httpd.exe command.
- If the <install_root>/logs/error.log file indicates that there was a problem loading the WebSphere® Application Server plugin module, check the http_plugin.log file for the error.
