The Computers tab of the Action document shows the number of computers affected by the specified action along with the current status of each. - Action History Tab

Ordinarily, the system applies actions in the background, without involving any users. In the Messages tab you can select to alert the user with a specific message, and to offer certain interactive features on the message display, including the ability to see more information about the proposed action and to cancel the proposed action. - Modify Custom Site Subscriptions
