Issue a vcbMounter command for the virtual machine to determine the reason for the failure. Refer to the documentation for that message for more information. The VMware Consolidated Backup Framework must be installed on the Backup Proxy machine. The installed location and the vcbMounter.exe must be located in the PATH environment variable. The default location is C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Consolidated Backup Framework.
