Make sure that the appropriate RPC services are up and running on your system. For example: - on Linux, run 'service portmap status' or 'service rpcbind status' or 'systemctl status rpcbind' command depending on the Linux distribution in use; - on AIX, run 'lssrc -s portmap' command. If the RPC error reason is "Program not registered", then you should restart the HSM daemons via 'dsmmigfs restart' command.
