Explanation

User response
Remove the encryption options for this operation and run it again. You can use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to encrypt the data over the network. If the backup data must be encrypted in Tivoli Storage Manager storage pools, use an alternative backup method such as full and incremental backups (-mode=FULL and -mode=INCREMENTAL), or in-guest backups.
