To store the VM file restore data, the data mover application requires read and write access to the
C:\Documents and Settings\AllUsers\Application Data\Tivoli\TSM\ or C:\ProgramData\Tivoli\TSM folder.
Set the access rights to this directory so that your user has the correct rights.
If the file was damaged it can be helpful to replace the current version with the .bak file.
