The VM_DONT_QUIESCE_ON_SNAPSHOT testflag is deprecated for full VM backups.

Explanation
The VM_DONT_QUIESCE_ON_SNAPSHOT testflag overrides the INCLUDE.VMSNAPSHOTATTEMPTS option. As a result, all snapshot attempts are with VMware Tools file system quiescing and application (VSS) quiescing disabled.
System action
Use the INCLUDE.VMSNAPSHOTATTEMPTS option to specify snapshot attempts with VMware Tools file system quiescing and application (VSS) quiescing disabled.
