Manually copy the sample journal configuration file "config\tsmjbbd.ini.smp" to "baclient\tsmjbbd.ini", then try the TSM Journal Engine setup wizard. The "baclient" and "config" directories can be found in the directory where you installed the Tivoli Storage Manager Backup-Archive Client. For example, "C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\baclient" and "C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\config"
