The WaitToKillServiceTimeout registry
entry determines how long the system waits for Tealeaf® services to stop after the system
notifies the service that the system is shutting down. This value
is automatically set to 600,000 milliseconds (10 minutes) by the IBM® Tealeaf CX installation
