KM5_SYSPLEX_PROXY_POSITION

Indicates whether the specified runtime environment is eligible to run the Sysplex proxy. One runtime environment in the Sysplex runtime environment must be defined as the Primary value. The other runtime environments should be defined as the Backup value, unless they are to be excluded (Exclude value) from proxy eligibility. The Primary runtime environment is the only runtime environment that can define the Sysplex level persistent datastore files.
