1. When you power on your KVM switch does the green power LED light up?
   • No: Check that the power cable is properly connected to the power source and the KVM switch. Then go to step 2.
   • Yes: This ends the procedure.
2. Was the power cable seated correctly to the power source and the KVM switch?
   • No: Reseat the power cable connection to the power source and the KVM switch. Then go to step 3.
   • Yes: Continue with step 3.
3. Power on your KVM switch.

   Does the green power LED light up?

   • No: Power down the KVM switch and replace the power cable to the KVM switch. Then go to step 4.
   • Yes: This ends the procedure.
4. Power on your KVM switch.

   Does the green power LED light up?

   • No: Power down the KVM switch and connect the KVM switch to a different power source. Then go to step 5.
   • Yes: This ends the procedure.
5. Power on your KVM switch.

   Does the KVM switch power on?

   • No: Replace the KVM switch.
   • Yes: This ends the procedure.
