Notice anything new? We're pleased to introduce our new Web pages designed to help you locate resources for important support tasks.

You may have noticed a few updates to our Web pages. IBM technical support is pleased to announce that a new navigation feature will be available in September, 2007.

RCN sample imageAlong with our world-class IBM technical support content, the support task navigator will be found on all IBM technical support web pages. This new task-based navigation will give you direct access to the primary tasks and tools for support.

    Starting in September 2007, Services and Software customers will be able to use the new navigation and task-based pages on many of the top level IBM technical support pages. Throughout the remainder of year, the new Support Task Navigator will be deployed across all of Software, Systems: Servers, Storage, and operating systems.

    We will continue to update all of the IBM technical support Web pages to take advantage of this exciting new feature. Check back periodically for new information and enhancements.
