Error description

• When a transaction with multiple operations has a CCID value
  that is larger than can be contained in a 31-bit integer, only
  the first operation in that transaction will have a non-zero
  CCID value. IIDR Event Server will be corrected to retain the
  CCID value for all operations within a transaction.
