  • This APAR includes fixes to various defects identified in CICS
Explorer CM plug-in V5.4.0.

Problem summary


    

  • - Enhancements have been made to zFS Configurations and zFS
Definitions.
- When connected to a CM server and a CPSM or CSD Configuration
in the Configurations view is selected, the Group List
Definitions view remains empty and displays message CNX0201I No
context.
- When connected to a CM server then right-clicking on a
Configuration in the Configurations view nothing happens when
selecting Open, Delete..., or New from...

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • - Function has been added that allows users to select zFS files
and directories from a tree structure when creating or updating
zFS directory Configurations and zFS Definitions.
- Field validation and error reporting when creating or updating
zFS directory Configurations and zFS Definitions has been
improved.
- A problem that prevented the Group List Definitions view from
being populated has been fixed.
- A problem that prevented actions from being performed against
Configurations in the Configurations view has been fixed.

This fix will be made available in Version 5.4.0.3 of the CICS
Configuration Manager plug-in for CICS Explorer.
