  APAR Description:
  A warning message is logged by the Oracle Enterprise stage when
  NLS_LANG character-set is multibyte, but a DataStage column is
  not defined as a national character datatype. For example, when
  NLS_LANG is AL32UTF8 and DataStage datatype is VARCHAR a
  conversion warning will be logged.

• This fix is included in 8.0.1 fixpack 3

Problem conclusion

• Operator stages character columns as usttrings when the Oracle
  client character set is multibyte. But output link has strings.
  This is not correct. And it leads to conversion warnings. Stage
  can not see what is on the link. Only recourse is to allow the
  option to emit string schema even as ustring is appropriate.
  
  You drop conversion warnings.  But tend to attract size
  warnings!
