  • Resource tracker /tmp/machineLog.xxxx files are not purged
despite the CLEANUP_INTERVAL setting in  the restrack_settings
file.

Local fix

  • Manual removal of the files

This fix is included in 8.0.1 fixpack 3

RECOMMENDATION:
Please install the patch for JR32372.
This change is included in 8.1 Fix Pack 1.

Problem conclusion

  • The problem has been fixed in 801 and up versions.
