  FTP EE for DataStage 7.5.2 does not support absolute path as
  perFTP RFC

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Install the patch. this issue is fixed in Information Server 81
  Fix Pack 1

Problem conclusion

• FTP EE will be able to transfer data files using the absolute
  path using the following URI format
  ftp://host//path/filename
