Error description

• When 2 jobs using Ifmx HPL starting to run in the same time,
  there is a chance that 1 job failed with error:
  
  An Informix call failed: sqlcode = -239, sqlstate = 23000
  message: Could not insert new row - duplicate value in a UNIQUE
  INDEX colum
  
  While other hang with error:
  
  Job specified by jobname 'orchssn-2005143597' is not found, SQL
  error -284, ISAM error 0
  
  Informix engineer on customer site found identical formid was
  inserted into formid in query  table when this situation
  ocurred:
  
  insert into query VALUES(-2005143597,1,'orchqry-2005143597',
  'cbs',NULL, 'N',NULL)
  
  Since the formid is unique index, if a duplicated formid was
  inserted into the query table, the "-239" error was generated.
