Abstract
IBM Security QRadar Support and Development teams discussed the QRadar forum migration to dW Answers and WinCollect. After a presentation, attendees were given an opportunity to ask the panel of experts questions.

IBM Security QRadar Technical Support hosted an Open Mic webcast on Thursday, 1 September 2016 to discuss our QRadar Support Forum Migration, as well as our next release of WinCollect.
Our goal is to provide insight on how QRadar works and to teach on-going sessions that help both users and administrators understand, maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Join us for this interactive, educational, lively session.
