c) NCPDP Post Adjudication Standard Example

An example is included in this release that validates the NCPDP Post Adjudication Standard Version 4.2. The example includes the following components that are located in the Pack for NCPDP examples directory.

Note: In the following directory locations, install_dir indicates the installation directory of the Pack for NCPDP.
    • ncpdp_pacdr_v4_2.mtt -- This type tree contains the input and output definitions for the NCPDP Post Adjudication Data Reporting (PACDR) Standard. This type tree is located in the install_dir\trees\ directory.
    • ncpdp_pacdr_v4_2_passthru.mms -- This map validates NCPDP PACDR Version 4.2 data. This map is located in the install_dir\examples\PACDR\maps\ directory.
    • ncpdp_pacdr_v4_2_history.txt -- This Post Adjudication History data file is located in the install_dir\examples\PACDR\data\ directory.
    • ncpdp_pacdr_v4_2_utilization.txt -- This Post Adjudication Utilization data file is located in the install_dir\examples\PACDR\data\ directory.

Documentation notes

The PDF file and the IBM Eclipse help system that install with the Pack for NCPCP are deprecated beginning with this release. See the online documentation for Pack for NCPDP documentation.

2. INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION INFORMATION
============================================================

Before you install this version of the pack, one of the versions of WebSphere Transformation Extender listed in the following table must first be installed.

If you are installing the pack from the ESD site, install the pack using the executable (*.exe) file associated with your WebSphere Transformation base product as indicated in the table below:

Installing the pack

Follow these steps to install the pack on Windows systems:
  1. Obtain the product media, or image, from the Support Downloads page.
  2. Run the setup.exe command. If you are installing the pack from the ESD site, run the part_number.exe command (see the table above).
  3. Follow the instructions in the installation program.

Uninstalling the pack

Follow these steps to uninstall the pack from Windows systems:
  1. Click Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
  2. Select the pack that you want to remove.
  3. Click Change/Remove and follow the prompts.
