This Open Mic session was the fourth webcast provided by IBM Security QRadar Technical Support. Our goal is to provide insight on how QRadar works and to teach on-going sessions that help both users and administrators understand, maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with their QRadar Security Intelligence system.
For our fourth open mic session, we discussed QRadar installations and upgrades in detail. We started with the basics and talked about the different software file types we offer, then discussed how installations and upgrades work and the different options for upgrading your deployment to make the most of your maintenance windows. We alsoexplained how automatic updates work in detail, then opened the call to take questions from the audience.
Throughout the event, attendees commented and asked questions in the IBM SmartCloud Meeting Web chat. Many attendees remarked that this was an educational, helpful session.
