Abstract
A list of references to recommended, generally available (GA) fixes for IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler for z/OS releases.

Information regarding Fixes by Version for IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler for z/OS can be found at the IBM Resource Link web site. IBM Resource Link is a customized Web-based solution, providing access to information for planning, installing, and maintaining IBM Systems and IBM System z servers and associated software, including Tivoli Workload Scheduler for z/OS.

Access to this site requires registration using your IBM Customer Number.
When you have completed registration and sign-on, select "Fixes" from the "Resource Link" menu at the left side of the page. Then, on the following page, select 'Preventive Service Planning buckets (PSP)' from the "Preventive Actions" section under the "Software" column. Finally, enter one of the following upgrade IDs in the search box titled "Enter search terms":
- for version 9.1, enter TWSZOS910
- for version 9.2, enter TWSZOS920
- for version 8.6, enter TWSZOS860
- for version 8.5.1, enter TWSZOS851
- for version 8.5, enter TWSZOS850
- for version 8.3, enter TWSZOS830
For version 9.2, you will see a list of 10 items returned. Each of these items contain PTFs for each element (by FMID).
For detailed information on each subset, choose the appropriate search item for that subset. These individual items contain important preventive service planning information, such as modifications to the installation materials that are shipped with the product. These "buckets," as they are known, must be researched before any of the recommended maintenance is applied to the product. These buckets can be downloaded to your system using the available links on these web pages.
As the information in these buckets is constantly being added to over time, it is strongly recommended that you review these for any new maintenance on a periodic basis.
Of particular note are the PTFs which are labeled:
CUMULATIVE APAR FOR FIXES THAT WERE CLOSED WHILE TWS FOR Z/OS V9R2M0 GA CODE WAS FROZEN.
It is particularly important that you apply these "catch-up" fixes, particularly if you have upgraded from a previous release and were relatively current on that previous release's maintenance. If you do not do so, you risk regressing your product because you will be omitting fixes that you previously had applied,
