    4. NEW AND CHANGED BEHAVIOR
    =====================================================================

    Payment Type Information

    Local Instrument is now a mandatory element, however, CORE and CORE plus AOS schemas have not been updated by the EPC to include this element.

    =====================================================================
    5. RESOLVED AUTHORIZED PROGRAM ANALYSIS REPORTS (APARs)
    =====================================================================

    Running SEPA on z/OS

    [PK74443] When running SEPA on z/OS you must install the PTFs described in APAR - PK74443.

    SEPA v4.2.3 Parser Update

    [PK72374] In the WebSphere Transformation Design Studio, if you develop a map that uses the NORMXML function in a map rule, and you use the Build command to compile the map, the command, which analyzes map functions, does not recognize the NORMXML function. This causes the map build to fail. Therefore, in order to successfully build SEPA validation framework maps using WebSphere Transformation 8.2.0.3, you must install the SEPA v4.2.3 parser update.
