Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for IMS on z/OS V510 fix pack 5 consists of the following files:

5.1.0-TIV-KIP-FP0005.tar.gz Contains the Fix Pack 5 updates to Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for IMS on z/OS V510 application support for TEMS, TEPS, or TEP deployed on the AIX, Linux, HP-UX, and Solaris platforms.
5.1.0-TIV-KIP-FP0005.zip Contains the Fix Pack 5 updates to Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for IMS on z/OS V510 application support for TEMS, TEPS, or TEP deployed on Windows platforms.

The following PTF supplies the corresponding z/OS catalog and attribute files and can be ordered via ShopzSeries:

Prerequisites

1. This fixpack requires IBM Tivoli Monitoring Version 6.2.3 FP5 which was the minimum level prerequisite for OMEGAMON XE for IMS on z/OS V510. IBM Tivoli Monitoring Version 6.3.0 FP6 is preferred as it has the matching Java certificate. Also see the following Technote if you are not able to upgrade to ITM 6.3.0 by April 16, 2016.

2. This fixpack requires z/OS PTF UA79548 to be installed.

Installation Instructions

Please consult the readme file 5.1.0-TIV-KIP-FP0005-README.txt (download below via Fix Central) for detailed installation instructions.

Download Package

Fix Central is a new way to acquire fixes and, for this fix, it is the only download option.
You will need to use an IBM registered ID to acquire the files; this allows us to update you on any critical issues with the fix. Privacy is always maintained.

Recommended. This provides an updated Java certificate good till November 1, 2018
