IBM Rational Directory Server (Tivoli) 5.2.1_iFix002 contains a fix to a vulnerability in the IBM Runtime Environment, Java™ Technology Edition (CVE-2014-0411).

Installation Instructions

Review the Installing Rational Directory Server page in the knowledge center for installation instructions.

This is an Interim Fix release for Rational Directory Administrator (RDA) only and does not affect the existing installations of Rational Directory Server (RDS). However, to proceed with the installation, the installer will stop the RDA Web Server which uses the IBM Runtime Environment, Java™ Technology Edition installed in the mentioned directory.

The installation instructions are in the release notes for the interim fix which are packaged with the download as ReleaseNotes_RDS521iFix02.txt.

The download also includes the IBM Runtime Environment, Java Technology Edition, Version 6 SR15 FP1.
