AIX: Minimum requirements for server: sna.rte, sna.rte64. Any fileset currently installed should be updated at the same time. Requirements for client: sna.client. "AIX PTF" are updates which require the base level to already be installed; "AIX Refresh" are full media refresh images which do not require the base level to already be installed.
Linux: For the CS Linux Server, you can update an existing installation by applying the fixpack, or you can download the refresh version of the install media to perform a full install. "Linux Fixpack" are updates which require the base level to already be installed and do not include LiS patch updates; "Linux Refresh" are full media refresh images which do not require the base level to already be installed.
"API Client Refresh" are full install images which do not require the base level to already be installed.
GSKit: SSL encryption library updates

The AIX and Linux media refresh packages require Passport Advantage entitlement for access. The API Client refresh packages do not.
NOTICE: Beginning with 7.0.0.8, the AIX PTF update files are no longer hosted with AIX PTFs but are now hosted with the rest of the Communications Server downloads.
NOTICE: No further work is being performed on v7.0 of the Remote API Client. We recommend using v7.1 of the Remote API Client instead. There is no extra charge for the Remote API Client. To obtain the latest Remote API Client updates:
