Abstract

This document describes how to download IBM Mobile Application Platform Pattern V5.0.6 eAssembly images from the IBM Passport Advantage Online web site.

Download Description

As part of the IBM Mobile Foundation V5.0.6 family of products, IBM Mobile Application Platform Pattern deploys the Worklight Server on IBM PureApplication System for Power® and Intel™. It enables administrators and businesses to respond quickly to changes in the business by taking advantage of on-premises Cloud technologies. This approach helps save IT resources by simplifying deployment and improving operational efficiency to cope with increased mobile demand. The demand accelerates the iteration of solutions that exceed traditional demand cycles. Deploying the IBM Mobile Application Platform Pattern on IBM PureApplication System also enables access to best practices and built-in expertise, such as built-in scaling policies.

This document provides a list of the images that are available in the eAssembly and describes how to download them from the IBM Passport Advantage Online web site.

Installation Instructions

For information about the installation process, refer to the installation information that is supplied in the Readme, which is available with the Quick Start Guide for IBM Mobile Application Platform Pattern.

Download Package

Complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate your browser to the Find Downloads and Media page on the IBM Passport Advantage Online Web site.

  2. Sign in using your IBM ID.

  3. Select the Find by part number search option under Download finder options.

  4. Search for each downloadable image by part number (parts are listed below).

  5. Download all of the parts you require.

  6. Unpack each of the parts into a separate directory on your system.

  7. Follow the instructions in the Quick Start Guide to install the product.
