Abstract

This update provides fixes and new features for the V5.0 release.

An archive (zip) file version of the fix pack is available on IBM Fix Central, but those with Passport Advantage also have the choice of installing directly from the IBM web site. The Worklight Studio component of the fix pack is also available as an Eclipse update site (P2). See the Installing fix packs for IBM Worklight and IBM Mobile Foundation document for installation instructions.

Included in the new features are support for BlackBerry 10 and iOS 6.1.

IBM intends for IBM Worklight 5.0.5.1 to support BlackBerry 10 when BlackBerry 10 becomes available. We have completed testing with the BlackBerry 10 Gold SDK in preparation for this support. IBM plans to update the official Worklight System Requirements to reflect updated Mobile OS support after BlackBerry 10 is officially available.

IBM intends for IBM Worklight 5.0.5.1 to support iOS 6.1 when iOS 6.1 becomes available. We have completed testing with the latest iOS 6.1 Beta in preparation for this support. IBM plans to update the official Worklight System Requirements to reflect updated Mobile OS support after iOS 6.1 is officially available.
