Language Pack update for Tivoli Directory Server 6.3 fix pack 6.3.0.17 or later.
Tivoli Directory Server 6.3 fix pack 17 added new messages and updated existing ones. The English messages are included in 6.3.0.17 or later. Translations for other languages must be installed separately from 6.3.0.17-ISS-ITDS-LANGPK.

1. Extract the fix archive to a directory with adequate free space.
2. Use the appropriate step for your operating system:
- On AIX, Linux and Solaris systems, go to the subdirectory where you
extracted the fix archive and run "idsinstall -u -f" as "root".
- On Intel 32-bit Windows, run 6.3.0.17-ISS-ITDS-Win32-LANGPK\idslp_setup_win32.exe
with administrator privilege. Follow the instructions displayed on the GUI
installation program panels to install the language packs.
- On AMD/EM64T Windows, run 6.3.0.17-ISS-ITDS-WinX64-LANGPK\idslp_setup_win64.exe
with administrator privilege. Follow the instructions displayed on the GUI
installation program panels to install the language packs.
The installation program updates the language pack components that are already
installed on your system.
