With level 6.4.0.2, support for AIX 7.1 has been added. For level 6.4.0.2, the complete list of operating system requirements is now: AIX 5.3 TL5 or higher, AIX 6.1 or higher, AIX 7.1 or higher.

Installation Instructions
The sna.client fileset will only be found on machines using the Remote API Client for AIX. This fileset will not be found (will not install) on any machine running CS/AIX Server using the sna.rte* filesets.

Minimum requirements for server: sna.rte, sna.rte64. Any fileset currently installed should be updated at the same time.
Requirements for client: sna.client.
Downloads for the full install CD image and for the Remote API Client for all platforms (AIX, Linux, Linux on System z, Windows) are available through separate pages. These pages require autentication with your Passport Advantage account. This install media also includes GSKIT v8 and the sna.gsk_jre module to access it; these are available only on the full install media.
The 6.4 version of the Remote API Client is no longer being updated. You should update to the 7.0 version of the client and the latest maintenance for it. See Communications Server for Data Center Deployment, Version 7 -- Latest PTFs/Fixpack. The 7.0 version is fully compatible with the 6.4 server.

Downloads for the full install CD image and for the Remote API Client for all platforms (AIX, Linux, Linux on System z, Windows) are available through separate pages. These pages require autentication with your Passport Advantage account. This install media also includes GSKIT v8 and the sna.gsk_jre module to access it; these are available only on the full install media.
The 6.4 version of the Remote API Client is no longer being updated. You should update to the 7.0 version of the client and the latest maintenance for it. See Communications Server for Data Center Deployment, Version 7 -- Latest PTFs/Fixpack. The 7.0 version is fully compatible with the 6.4 server.
