This release of IBM Rational Robot v7.0.0.1 includes the following new features:
- Support for integration with ClearQuest Test Manager 7.0.0.1.
- COM Interface APIs for integration with any test management solution.
- Extensible Rational Robot - To use Rational Robot in
stand-alone mode. The following new features are provided in the Rational Robot
Stand-alone mode:
- Extensible asset management - To manage test assets of Stand-alone Robot projects by extending the asset management APIs.
- Extensible log management - To change the log format file (XML) by using the log APIs.
- Configuring login mode - To create a login mode by extending the APIs of asset management, log management, or both.
Prerequisites
Application of this fix pack requires an installed IBM Rational Robot version 7.0 product.
Installation Instructions
To download and install the Rational Robot 7.0.0.1, perform the following steps:
- Download the Rational Robot 7.0.0.1 Fix Pack to your computer.
- Double-click the 7.0.0.1-RATL-RRBT-WIN-en-US-FP01.msp file to start the installation.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the fix pack.
