Problem
Looking for away to have the side navigation bar collapsed by default when logging into Maximo.
Cause
There are common/important actions in that left navigation bar. So it
was decided to not allow it to be collapsed by default on initial
display. There are system properties that will cause the app to not
ever show the left navigation, and it moves those actions back to the top of
the page as they were in previous releases. But in the current design
there is no way to default it to collapsed when first entering
applications.
