Problem

Diagnosing The Problem

Check for the following message:
(000C-E4FF3A83:kdebprc.c,484,"register_string") Unable to obtain IPV4 address: <dnsname>

Resolving The Problem

The "Unable to obtain IPV4 address" may not be the problem, but you will not be able to use this particular dnsname. You will need to connect using the IP Address.
