Troubleshooting


Problem

The following message appeared in log file for KfwServices. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ (59BBAA21.0F28-1:ctserverorb.cpp,1953,"CTServerORB::initORB") KFW1004E A fatal condition was encountered during startup (59BBAA21.0F29-1:ctserverorb.cpp,1954,"CTServerORB::initORB") CORBA exception during initialization. nRetCode: 1 (59BBAA21.0F2A-1:ctserverorb.cpp,1956,"CTServerORB::initORB") EXCEPTION: CORBA::BAD_PARAM ------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cause

This issue can happen when parameter specified to "KFW_INTERFACE_cnps_HOST" in cq.ini is not resolved correctly.

Resolving The Problem

There is a possibility that this issue can be resolved by specifying IP address to KFW_INTERFACE_cnps_HOST in cq.ini file.
