DESCRIPTION: IBM InfoSphere Streams is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This vulnerability allows users to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session.

Remediation/Fixes

To remediate/fix this issue, follow the instructions below:
- Version 4.2.x: Apply 4.2.1 Fix Pack 2 (4.2.1.2) or higher.
- Version 4.1.x: Apply 4.1.1 Fix Pack 5 (4.1.1.5) or higher.
- Version 4.0.x: Apply 4.0.1 Fix Pack 5 (4.0.1.5) or higher.
