This Alert is meant to information you about potential performance issues that can occur after upgrading to IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation 6.0.4 or 6.0.4 iFix001.

Impact

Customers may experience some performance issues after they upgrade to IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation 6.0.4 or 6.0.4 iFix001. The types of issues that may be experienced are:

  • Problems loading audit history
  • Slow scrolling in a module
  • The following error may appear when opening a module:


    "CRRRW7553E
    RequestError: Unable to load /views?execute=true&fullObject=false&count=false status: 400
    Error 400 Bad Request"

Recommended Actions

  • If you are planning an upgrade to IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation 6.0.4, it is recommended to install IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation 6.0.4 iFix002 before going through the upgrade process.
  • If you have already upgraded to IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation 6.0.4 or 6.0.4 iFix001, install IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation 6.0.4 iFix002.
Note: The release date of IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation 6.0.4 iFix002 is currently planned for July 20, 2017. iFixes for all CLM products are cumulative so each iFix contains all the fixes included in previous iFixes for that version.
