Description: バージョン1.3.2 以前のApache Commons Fileupload に含まれるMultipartStream クラスはWebSphere MQ V8.0 でも使用されていますが、長いストリングを用いるリモートの攻撃者によってサービス拒否（CPUの消費）が引き起こされる可能性があります。ファイル・アップロードのリクエストを送ることにより、攻撃者は脆弱性を利用してサーバーを応答不能な状態にすることができます。
