Troubleshooting


Problem

An IBM Maximo Anywhere Application that you downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store does not connect to your company's existing IBM Maximo environment.

Resolving The Problem

Following steps apply for these platforms iOS, Android, and Windows:

1. Open the deployed Anywhere App on your device (.ipa | .apk | .appx) and enter the custom IBM Maximo URL
     https://<hostname>:<port>/<context>
2. Then, press "Connect" to download the App .zip file from IBM Maximo Application or IBM Maximo Application Suite
 
These steps apply to IBM Maximo Anywhere 7.6.4.0 (any Interim Fixpack or interim fix) and IBM Maximo Anywhere 8.0.x.
