Troubleshooting
Problem
Importing metadata from DB2 using Metadata Asset manager shows duplicate keys when there are aliases assigned to the tables. These duplicate entries are not a cause of concern, and they get duplicated in active repository during a re-import.
Symptom
Duplicate in Metadata Asset manager import for Keys and key Components
Cause
Aliases of Tables in DB2 are not distinguishable to ignore them in import and tables with Foreign key references to different tables
Resolving The Problem
Remove aliases for these tables. Alternate is to use Native DB2 connector or ODBC Connector to import tables.
