Is it possible to integrate QRadar with Third Party Ticketing Systems?
Answer
Integration of QRadar with Third Party software such as ticketing systems is possible through QRadar Apps. For example, ServiceNow Security Operations for IBM QRadar App allows such an integration. Review IBM Security App Exchange to access ServiceNow and other Apps.
It is also possible to integrate Third Party software with QRadar using the QRadar API. It is important to understand however that the troubleshooting of any integrations that utilize the API are outside the scope of our support team.
