After upgrading to 7.0.0.39 apply Interim Fix PI70169 and PI70627 --OR-- · Apply Fix Pack 7.0.0.43 or later (targeted availability 24 April 2017). Note this date is a scheduled date and does not represent a formal commitment by IBM.
