IBM introduced DB2 Native Encryption starting in fixpack 5 of DB2 v10.5 and if you have not applied a valid license file yet, you will continue to receive the above MESSAGE till you do..

You will have to contact your local IBM sales representative or Passport Advantage to purchase this license file - db2ef.lic IBM DB2 Encryption Offering, apply it your DB2 database and the above MESSAGE should go away.
